Order & Payment Policy for Major Baked Goods Orders

If you are ordering for an event, or spending $80+ or more on a specified order, to ensure the highest quality and freshness of our baked goods, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of order confirmation. The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery or pickup of your order.

• Orders are confirmed only after the deposit is received.

• Deposits are non-refundable, as we begin sourcing ingredients and preparing your order immediately.

• Final payment must be made upon delivery or pickup—no exceptions.

• Orders not paid in full at the time of delivery/pickup will not be released.
